NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER

The Network Operations Center (NOC) staff assists all HIDTA participating agencies, programs and projects in meeting their needs for telecommunications and computer equipment, information systems and computer networking. The Center’s staff can assist in assessing needs for telecommunications and information technology equipment, finding and purchasing systems to meet these needs and designing customized database systems to improve information management.

SUPPORTING HIDTA'S INFORMATION SHARING EFFORTS

In support of the HIDTA’s information sharing efforts, the NOC assists agencies in establishing and administering Case Explorer. They also support the HIDTA’s connection to the Regional Information Sharing System (RISS) and numerous other federal, regional, state and local law enforcement information systems.
