FUNDING

Financial support provided by HIDTA via the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) is used primarily by our sites to hire staff to administer programs and services to high risk youths and their families. Other resources HIDTA supports include supplies and equipment (e.g., books, academic centers, athletic activities, educational software), overtime for police officers, counselors and community service workers, transportation costs, facilities and space.

Initiatives are provided additional funding information from the W/B HIDTA and encouraged to seek other sources for program expansion.
