PARTICIPANTS

Programs target youth under the age of 18 living in drug and crime-infested neighborhoods who are at high risk for drug abuse or who are exhibiting early signs of drug abuse and criminal activity. Program managers also attempt to increase parental participation; absentee, uninvolved, or drug addicted parents oftentimes are at the core of their children’s risk for drug abuse.
