Training is offered at basic and advanced levels on a wide range of topics, including:
COMPUTER TRAINING
Computer training is a service provided by the W/B HIDTA to HIDTA staff, initiatives and participating agencies to increase computer literacy and to promote the use of the Case Explorer software product in support of HIDTA’s mission.
The W/B HIDTA Computer Training Center fosters a learning environment intended to help trainees apply the knowledge gained in training to their professional duties. All courses are instructor led and designed to be interactive using a variety of teaching tools and methods including hands-on exercises, demonstrations, discussions and learning evaluation tools.
Courses include single day, half day and hourly workshops. For more information, including course descriptions, dates and times, contact the Computer Training Coordinator.
For information on the W/B HIDTA’s computer training programs, please refer to the Computer Training Center’s page. The Training Coordinator can provide a list of upcoming training programs and work with agencies to arrange training opportunities on special topics.
