W/B HIDTA-Funded Task Force Investigation Results in Sentencing of Maryland Woman for Fentanyl Distribution

 

Washington/Baltimore HIDTA Executive Board Vice Chair U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced this week that Briya Nycelle Harrington, of Baltimore, has been sentenced to three years probation for distributing fentanyl. The arrest and sentencing comes as a result of a task force investigation by a W/B HIDTA-funded initiative. Harrington pleaded guilty to one count of “Aiding and Abetting Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl.” She admitted to working with another to distribute fentanyl in March 2021 I Hampshire County, WV.
